This Service provides informational and educational content only on sports markets and event contracts: picks and their write-ups, the public record, articles, and the CAM Index. Nothing here is betting, financial, investment, or legal advice, and no content is a recommendation to place any wager or take any financial action. The Owner is not a licensed adviser or gaming operator.

The CAM Index is a statistical model. Its team ratings, projected lines and totals, and logged record are the output of that model and are reference numbers only, not picks or advice. The model does not account for injuries, weather, rest, or other game-day factors.

All analysis reflects opinions and probabilistic estimates, and model output can be wrong. Past results, including the public record and any model's logged record, do not guarantee future outcomes. No member is promised profits or protection from losses.

Picks are posted as soon as practical after the Owner places them; the posted odds and lines may no longer be available by the time you see them, and we make no promise that any price can be matched.

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this Service, including all financial consequences, and for complying with all laws in your jurisdiction.

You must be at least 21 years old, of legal age for any related betting activity where you live, and in a place where using the Service is lawful. Creating an account or subscribing confirms you meet these requirements. The Service is not directed at anyone under 21.

You need an account to subscribe, vote on picks, or connect Discord. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for everything done through your account, and one account is for one person. Sharing an account, or a membership, with others is not allowed.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Closing an account that has an active membership does not refund the current period; cancel the membership first if you want to stop future billing.

Memberships are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize those recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel anytime from your Account page using Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing but does not shorten the current paid period; your access continues until it ends.

You can switch between plans from Manage subscription; any adjustment for the change is shown there before you confirm it. If a plan's price changes, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you. A free account, with access to free picks, the record and public articles, costs nothing and can be kept without a membership.

All sales are final. Except where required by law, no refunds or credits are issued for any billing period, including unused time after cancellation. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy result in immediate, permanent removal.

All content on the Service, including picks, write-ups, articles, the CAM Index and its ratings and projections, the record, the site's name, logos and design, and the members Discord server, is the property of the Owner and licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. This applies to free and members-only content alike. Sharing, screenshotting, redistributing, reselling, or republishing content outside the Service is prohibited and results in immediate termination without refund, and may result in legal action.

Treat others with respect. Harassment, spam, solicitation of members, impersonation of the Owner or staff, sharing account access, and unlawful content are prohibited. Members may be removed for conduct violations at the Owner's sole discretion, without refund.

Votes on picks are one per account and are there to show what members think of a play; votes placed through multiple accounts or automated means may be removed. Picks and announcements posted to the Discord server by the site are part of the Service and covered by these terms.

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time for violating these terms. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription or closing your account. The sections on the nature of the Service, no guarantees, personal responsibility, refunds, intellectual property, limitation of liability, third-party platforms, and governing law survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this Service. Your sole remedy is cancellation. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You agree to hold the Owner harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms or any law.

Payments are processed by Stripe, accounts and data are kept with Supabase, the site is hosted by Vercel, and the members community runs on Discord. Each is governed by its own terms; the Owner is not responsible for their outages, errors, or actions.

The Service links to sites we do not run: box scores and scoreboards on ESPN while a game is on, the merch shop on Fourthwall, and the Owner's social profiles. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and anything you buy on the merch shop is a purchase from that shop, not a membership purchase. Live game status shown on the Service comes from a third-party feed and may be late, missing, or wrong.

These terms are governed by Ohio law. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, on an individual basis only, not as part of any class action.

Material changes will be posted on this page and announced to members before they take effect; continued use after that means acceptance.
