Privacy Policy

clevelandcam.bet and the members Discord server (the "Service") are operated by Cleveland Cam ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. Your email address and password when you sign up. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form by our login provider; we never see them.

Membership information. Your plan, subscription status, renewal or cancellation dates, and a customer ID from our payment processor. Your payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.

Discord information. If you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID so we can add you to the members server and manage your member role. We don't store your Discord messages or your Discord password.

Votes on picks. If you give a pick a thumbs up or down, we store that vote with your account so you can change it while the pick is open. Only the totals are shown, never who voted.

Article reads. We count how many times each article is opened. The count records nothing about who read it.

Technical information. Our hosting and database providers automatically record basic request details, such as IP address, browser type, and time of access, for security and reliability.

Site usage. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views: which pages are visited, the referring site, and general device, browser and country information. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you across other sites.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to respond and keep records.

We use only essential cookies: login cookies that keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie while you connect your Discord account. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our page-view analytics work without cookies. Stripe's checkout and billing pages, and Discord's sign-in page, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

We use your information to:

• Create and run your account and membership
• Process payments and keep your subscription status up to date
• Give you access to members-only content and the Discord server
• Show vote totals on picks and let you change your own vote
• Send account emails, such as confirmations, sign-in links, and password resets
• Prevent fraud and abuse, including handling chargebacks
• Respond to your questions and meet legal obligations

We share personal information only with service providers that help run the Service:

• Supabase, for our account database and login
• Stripe, for payments and subscription billing
• Vercel, for website hosting and page-view analytics
• Discord, if you choose to connect your Discord account

Picks posted to the members Discord server by the site contain the pick only, not any member's information. Links on the Service to other sites, such as ESPN box scores, the merch shop on Fourthwall, and social profiles, take you to sites with their own privacy policies; we don't send them your information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account information, including your votes and Discord link, within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its own policies.

You can change your email or password, cancel your membership, and disconnect Discord at any time from your Account page. You can change or take back a vote on a pick while that pick is still open.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing CamFromCleveland@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

The Service is for adults aged 21 and over, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States by us and our service providers.

We may update this policy. We will post changes on this page and update the date above, and we will notify members of material changes before they take effect.
